Absolutely!

Especially when it is almost certain we WILL have a surge with the cold weather next fall and again each year until we have a vaccine. Still not known if we'll have the seasonal lull this summer that we desperately need.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
