Democratic Primaries

He's near the end of his life. He wants a legacy. He desperately wants to be President. IMO, he thinks he'd be a good President and should have been President.

But he also could use the money. He hasn't become as wealthy as most of the others in Congress. I don't think he cashed in on his prior runs for President...maybe because he didn't run successfully. He never even got close.

I don't question that once most candidates are in office, they think they would be good for the country and would do their best to that end. But the reason some of the ones who run keep running...is that they gain from it,if they are successful at it. I think that's why Trump ran a couple of times. It increased his brand and made him money. He became a household name.
