MSN, Newsweek, Mediaite are not reliable or respected sources. Yahoo News has it "Biden REPORTEDLY says."

It might be that the campaign is floating this U.S. senator's name and more speculation will follow, but it could turn out to simply not be true as well.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
