This is a blog post that Tara Reade posted in 2018. She then deleted it before she began accusing Biden of these allegations. She literally said she loves Putin. #IBelieveTara is a Trump/Russia smear campaign.

Would I ever believe a YUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE fan of Putin who's making an unbelievable allegation, decades late, to try to stop the Democratic candidate that Putin and Trump fear the most?
