...that he is a member of the Senate and there is nothing keeping him from trying to introduce the ideas he is proposing?

Or, is he going for a Trump like Presidency, where he will be President, yet he will continue to complain about the deep state and the administration that he himself runs.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
