Fifty State Strategy is for the GE not primary.

In the GE you use it for President and Senate. The money spent pays off if you win because you get all electoral votes or the one Senate seat. Primaries split delegates between candidates and it's not worth the investment sometimes to go to a state you're fucked in.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
