Let us remember two facts: First: We flipped the House with moderates [View all]

AOC and other members of "the squad" came form solidly Democratic districts.

Two: Sanders is not a Democrat and, as far as I know, does not show any inclination to change his affiliation. At least, not until manipulating, again, the Vermont Senatorial primaries.

So, please, let's not try to shift Biden and the rest of us to "accommodate" Sanders and his supporters. Let's not forget that many of his 2016 supporters stayed home or voted for Trump.

Let's rejoice in Biden positive message: "We are the United States of American! There is nothing we cannot do!"

And let's reject the dark message of Sanders and his supporters of how awful everything is, the way Trump did in 2016. And, no, I don't think that because it worked for Trump then it will work again.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
