(8,997 posts)8. Bernie has always had intense, but narrow support.
His failing as a candidate and politician is his inability to expand his coalition. Is it policy? Is it the candidate?
A bit of both, IMO. But in the end, if Bernie can't build support among potential political allies, and can't actually deliver the electoral "revolution," then what is his case for leadership?
