9. He can hold a town hall on climate change. Most candidates have already had town halls....

...on CNN or MSNBC. I'm sure if he wanted to do one on that issue one of them will run it on their network.

I don't recall ever seeing a debate limited to just one topic.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
