If there were big-shot Democratic planners working behind the scenes for O'Malley as "Plan B,"they would have sent lots of superPAC money O'Malley's way. As it is, the alleged "Plan B" appears to be a bit underfunded.

I think that both "Plan A" and "Plan B" are Hillary Clinton.
