I could easily support him should Sanders falter.

My idiot brother lives in MD and is always bitching about the "rain tax" that O'Malley imposed and was apparently repealed by the state senate. He has about 20 acres and almost none of it is paved or roofed so I don't think he was going to have to pay very much but for some reason it really got under his skin.
