O'Malley's plan is far more easily achievable. It also makes far more sense in the long term.

I know it isn't as sexy and populist to say, but as I said before, we are a path dependent nation. Moving towards debt free is far more easily attainable with our capitalistic way of doing things.

Let's be real and honest. we have capitalism here in this nation. This plan is a more realistic way of getting back to making college more affordable to everyone.
