O'Malley, the former governor of Maryland, is scheduled to wrap up a three-day visit to Iowa with a 2 p.m. Saturday appearance at the Clinton County Democrats' 4th of July barbecue at the Clinton County Democratic office, 224 22nd Place, Clinton.
