and would lose their ability to be governed democratically.

We already have a problem with the NAFTA courts.

That problem has not been discussed much as far as I know because the legal issues tend to be pretty boring and not nearly as exciting as the headlining murder and rape cases, and the NAFTA courts are pretty careful about what they do thus far.

But sooner or later it's going to be some issue or case that touches the American sensibilities that will awaken Americans to the potential conflict between these trade courts and our self-government. I am no conservative, but I am rather basing my opinion on my own experience in life. These international trade courts are not compatible with our Constitution.

Sometimes I think our Constitution is just being disregarded or maybe better said enforced in a cherry-picking way.

The Fourth Amendment has become pretty meaningless as applied to the internet and other electronic media and with regard to certain civil asset forfeitures. And now Article III and provisions of Article I, section 8 are being circumvented. (Among other provisions in the Constitution.)

What a disgrace!
