2. As I see it we need a leader to make it a movement. Otherwise it can be dismissed

as individual disgruntled groups that the media essentially ignores, like we've seen for the last few years. A leader could get media time and tell all the individual groups that they share common ground with other groups. I agree a leader would be a focus point to attack, but that will bring attention to the movement.
