19. I did the graphic work for PI before it got crazy

I only have Photoshop however, works well for web stuff especially if you want images to load fast while still looking sharp, but if you are going to do large signs and banners for overpasses vector is better, Typically I get around the blow up problem by keeping the master file large in inches at 2400 dpi and then take it way down for the web ready files.
