"The Big Ideas Project" from the "Progressive Change Institute"....Anyone have experience with this? [View all]
I checked this out after reading Bill Moyers interview with MIT Economist Simon Johnson who also works with the Pete Petersen Foundation. I don't trust the Petersen Foundation but Johnson promoted it in his Moyers' Interview. It looks like a Social Media Thing.
Don't know what to think about it. And, it just launched for 2014. Is it a "Hillary for President" action group to get Progressive Dems involved with promoting her or an independent action.. And, why did leading Dems take so long to launch it? It's not like they haven't had since Obama was elected to start socially interacting with Grassroots Dems.
Anyone have experience with it? Or, know who might "deep fund" it?

We're looking for big, bold ideas that will affect the lives of millions of ordinary Americans.
Do you want to see a world where regular people can run for office? An end to global warming? Universal health care? Let yourself think outside the box.
If others like your ideas, members of Congress will see it.
