Several attorneys and have stood with various other citizens who have asked literally hundreds of attorneys to stop some of the abuses occurring here in California, the attorneys never ever ever invoke, mention or refer to the US Constitution, or their state's Constitution.

Attorneys like to deal with recent precedents. And that is all they seem to know or care about.

I believe that if this movement continues to spread, that that situation will be reversed very soon.
