Just finished 'A Fighting Chance.' Anyone else read it? [View all]

I bought the book last Saturday. About halfway through I thought it was a decent read but I knew I'd grade it lesser than "decent" if it wasn't someone I was interested in like Warren.

But then around the halfway point, maybe a little before, maybe a little after, damn did it get good. I've read a fair amount (especially for a 24 year old in the age of iPhones and the Internet) and I've never been as inspired and moved reading a book. It was angering, sad (talking about her golden dying hit home ), sometimes funny, but it gave me hope. Real hope that came from real situations and real battles. I feel like I should go out and volunteer or even run for office (something I've somewhat/kind of kept in the back of my mind for when I'm older). It was really good.

I know 2016 can be a sensitive topic around here and I know it's unlikely she will run. We need her though. She truly is a fighter for us "average" Americans and I think a Warren 2016 campaign would make Obama's '08 run look as exciting as a Romney speech. She could lead this country out of the hell hole it's going down.
