I sure have a lot of suspicions about this company "Accelerated Decommissioning Partners". I dunno, it just sounds so...convenient. So...made-up. So...well, phony. Strictly a ploy to isolate and protect Duke Energy from any fallout (hahahaha...god I kill me!) regarding any decommissioning mishaps.
