However, as far as being killed in Gaza, when it comes to lesbians (and this is in most ME countries, not all though), they are rarely attacked in the way gay men are, meaning they rarely end up in jail or worse. However, they certainly would not be allowed to march in Gaza.

Ooops, forgot to add, the Chicago Dyke march was a bigoted disaster, but the one in DC got turned around to outspoken and brave Jews, as explained here: What I Learned at the D.C. Dyke March which is also posted in the Jewish Group.
