3. That is what Pasadena wisely did with the Rose Bowl.

After the Rose Bowl parade, Occupy was allowed to assemble at a square and join for entertainment, laughs and a good time.

The police stood watchfully by, nodded and laughed with the protestors. A good time was had by all, and I think that included the police. They smiled as we left.

What a harmless bunch we were -- singing folk songs and meeting together.

Why all the drama by authorities? Maybe it makes them feel important.
