Between the 55% of hand recounted and 45% machine recounted ballots in Wisconsin. The difference can be attributed to overvoting where a voter both filled in the bubble and wrote the candidate's name.

There is no evidence of any systemic issues no matter how much people want to believe there was actual vote hacking.
