But, we have not seen the evidence.

The best lawsuit may be an equal justice suit. One unrelated to election interference has flaws since proving election interference won't hold up in a court unless you prove voters did not have free will and reasoning power to choose a candidate. If voters don't know the difference between fake news and real news, or foreign propaganda and Republican propaganda, that isn't a viable case to bring. That's a "voters are too stupid" claim seeking a stupid voters solution.
