9. As of NOW, the recount moves forward, barring an injunction

by the State Supremes. No one should hold their breath, though - this court is notoriously right wing. Another tidbit: SoS Ruth Johnson asked the Board of Canvassers for a machine recount, that was also denied. As of this moment the HAND recount should proceed sometime next week. Will look for a link.
