2016 Postmortem
Showing Original Post only (View all)Is there an attempted right wing take over going on here? [View all]
I keep seeing ads for Michelle Malkin, the extreme right wing columnist popping up, and there are threads ON
DU defending Trump voters.
Also there are calls to woo white working class voters who voted for Trump and his blatantly racist campaign, who apparently heard his racist dog whistles loud and clear and responded with their votes.
We also just got shut down by hackers, a shot across the bow if there ever was one.
What's going on? Is there an attempt to normalize Trumps anti-immigrant, anti-Muslim, misogynistic, racist message and move DU to the right?

That's not the point. Why are ads for right wingers appearing here, along with the other . . .

Skinner has talked about this, and I don't exactly remember what he said.

Thanks. I'll try that, but I certainly don't visit right wing sites so Malkin ads are not welcome.

Maybe, but Trump's name was mentioned thousands of times before the campaign . . .

There are other ads, it's just that Malkin ads are suddenly showing up, and didn't in the campaign

Does the party benefit from wooing voters so stupid they think Trump is bringing back their job, . .

So you think having racists in the party is not going to influence our platform and stances on . .

Sorry, can't excuse anyone stupid enough to think Trump is bringing their job back . . .

Not sure about that. I don't go to or research right wing sites so Malkin ads should not be showing

When you're running for national political office, you woo all the voters that you can.
