1) Podesta and the like have, so far post-election, given us nothing but excuses and a list of outside people to blame. No reflection on messaging, no reflection on campaign strategy, no reflection on the candidate herself. I'd give them credit for not throwing people under the bus, except they are; they're throwing EVERYONE under the boss BUT the candidate and those in positions of power that were most responsible for selecting her and helping her win.

Nevermind the fact that all the excuses in the world for why Clinton lost do not explain 1000+ state legislature seats, house and senate seats, and governorships we've lost over the last 6 years.

Mr. Podesta and the other leaders that have overseen this unmitigated disaster, you can't control the dozen plus individuals and entities that you have decided are responsible for your loss, so why are you even wasting your time telling us why they are to blame? You may not be directly to blame for this disaster, but you oversaw it, and all the excuses in the world aren't going to change that or make us forget that fact. You're fucking wasting our time; what is the plan to win in 2018 and 2020? Or are you already expecting the losing streak to continue, so you're focusing your efforts on preparing your list of excuses?

TRY SOMETHING. TRY FUCKING ANYTHING. Blaming others is not trying.

2) Why are DUers taking their marching orders from these losers as to what to do next, focusing post-election discussion almost entirely on not what is to blame (that's fixable), but WHO is to blame (something that is entirely unfixable)? Our 4th brutal election loss in a row may not be Podesta and his ilk's fault, but they oversaw it; why would these be the people we look to for our talking points?
