6. I think this is misleading a bit

Stein can't file for a recount in PA like she did in WI. It has to go through the court and requires proof of fraud to be granted statewide. Voters can appeal per presinct but many precincts are passed the deadline for that as well. She may certainly have started the process to get a court to hear her complaint and some precincts may have been petitioned. Long hard climb on this one. Shouldn't be this way. We should be able to recount without all of these strings attached.
