Larry Allen, once considered the strongest man in the NFL and weighing over 300 pounds, caught an opponent from behind who had intercepted the ball. He started with a pretty big deficit in both yardage and momentum (he began the chase from a standing start), and, while the guy he chased down was a large linebacker, he had also twice finished second in the 200 yard dash in the state during his college career.

JJ Watt was 295 pounds and had a standing vertical jump of 61 inches. The Kelce brothers described him as "basically unblockable."

They sure pay for it, though. George Kittle answered a question about the beating that NFL Players take, and he said that, by the end of every game, his body had been in several serious car crashes. Careers are typically short, often wracked with chronic pain, and suffer early death....not to mention brain damage.
