Surely all that ketamine should do him in one of these days? Isn’t that horse tranquilizer or something?

I mean I am not exactly a fan of sobriety but this nutjob who is blasting off rockets that explode in space seems to be stoned out of his mind all the time, as rubbish like this proves.
