Just because somebody calls something a banger meme doesn't make it bad. Or does it, like the headline claims? Banger memes bad but boring memes good?

What is the cultural meaning of 5x5? To say "then it becomes 5x5"? That's bad?

I have to work to keep up with changes in language.
