4. I have some random thoughts.

First, the self-loathing Jew is not a stereotype. These people have existed throughout the millennia. Some of them are written about in the Torah.

Jew hate molds itself to fit the times. Throughout history forms of Jew hate reflected the culture and society persecuted Jews were living in. In the present, Jews are hated not only for being infidels and standing in the way of a Caliphate, but also for where he or she falls on the oppressed/oppressor scale recited ad nauseam by anti-democracy academics. (The Marxist inspired fringe has always hated Israel and Jews for being capitalists, but that’s a discussion for another day.)

And then there is my favorite quote from Mark Twain: “History doesn’t repeat itself, but it often rhymes.”
