1. I can't make any sense of them either. Just wondering if you take melatonin before

bed? I have always had vivid dreams and, when I take melatonin, my dreams are stranger than usual. I have heard people say it gives them nightmares, but mine are very interesting, though I usually forget them shortly after I wake up.

I take zquil a couple times a week. bif Oct 2022 #2
