Ancient Wisdom and Pagan Spirituality

We tend to lose ourselves.

We feel weak, vulnerable, sometimes even empty inside. Well we are far from being empty. It's just that for a few we forget or are unable to channel the cosmic energy.
We need our Spirit to feel whole. And we need to feel it.

Try chanelling the astral/cosmic energy. Close your eyes, open your palms as you're receiving something. Envision light ( you can chose your favorite colour ) penetrating your body. Feel the energy of the astral. Let it flow. The key is to be open to it. Before you know it you will feel yourSelf again

Good luck, and don't let the material destroy who you trully are. The less we want or expect in this life, the more we evolve and transcend on a spiritual level. Pay attention to your dreams too. Try to become lucid while dreaming, and explore the astral. It is an AMAZING , wondrous world beyond the veils of creation.
