4. I wonder how much the fine is for not having this license?

i think i read by not having it its the equivalent of driving with no license at all ,so i'd imagine a ball park figure of $300.As probably only 1 in 10 Canadians have heard of this new requirement the law could reap quite the windfall as they eagerly pulli over every car with Canadian plates..
