11. Emirates Airlines, Dubai to NYC. Lamb curry. Spicy and utterly delicious.

Best of all, my Business Class seat was paid for by someone else.

I've flown on just about every airline in the world, but that one dish of lamb curry, experienced about 4 years ago, still stands out. I'd happily pay to dine on it at any restaurant.
