1. The absolutely best service from a hotel we've ever had was in Prague.

I was sick--GI type sick--the night before we left Salzburg.
It was all I could do to get on the train in the morning.

When we arrived at the small, family owned hotel in Prague, we told them I just wanted to go to the room.
The owner of the hotel sent someone out to bring me chicken soup. It was the best chicken soup
I've ever had. AND, they didn't charge us for it!

The next day the owner drove us up to the Castle/Cathedral and when we left he drove us to the train station.

If you're going to Prague, we highly recommend the Hotel Residence Agnes. http://www.residenceagnes.cz/
