On music appreciation. BTW, when I was looking at the titles, I saw they also offer a course in stoicism.

The instructor for this course is wildly enthusiastic about his topic.

Great courses is available from your public library.

As far as books go, I am just finishing a book by Gallenberger on his recovery from his brother’s suicide. The name of the book is Heaven is for Healing. He tells how a person who commits suicide is treated when they cross over.
