11. Yes, crispy but I like to make it mushy and it sticks to the roof of my mouth.

They are thin and about 1" and are the exact same thing they use in church. I got 250 and they last and last. They are made of flour and water and go well with anything (salsa and guac., etc.). I am eating some now. It is a fun "novelty" treat. It is sort of like my personal message to religion in general.
