That's a great list to have. I didn't know for sure what to watch for. I have a bruise below my elbow, but my head doesn't hurt, even to touch. I think I fell from the bottom up, and my leg and arm took the brunt. By the time my head landed, it wasn't too far from the ground.
Thanks for posting this. I'll use it as a guide.
