kang: Now this is an incredibly misleading post and I have not researched whether or not there was any controller outrage regarding this issue, .

Not only did you not 'research' enough, you did not 'think' too much.

kang: So, a small gun shop builds a one of a kind custom Glock "Nintendo Zapper" for a friend of the shop's owner. The shop made a Facebook post about the custom job and the rest is history. Controllers tried to spin it like the gun industry is purposefully producing Nintendo lookalike pistols. LOL

I didn't see any quote which actually said that 'controllers tried to spin it like the gun industry is purposefully producing nintendo lookalike pistols'. Can you provide a link & cite? I think it's kang colby trying to spin it that gun controllers actually said that, when it was the 'fear' of mass production which was the overarching concern by the gun control crowd.

... Why didn't Precision Firearms LLC preclude this possibility by adding to the initial announcement that the glock pistol was a custom model & not to be mass produced?
Did not Precision Firearms LLC reap what it sowed by proferring a new gun which looked like a toy? and by omitting a denial of the possibility that more could be produced to satisfy whatever demand which appeared due to the advert?

The caption under the initial announcement & picture: {Precision Firearms LLC} posted the below photo {april 6, 2016} with the caption, “Finally… We were waiting for someone to let us do this. We weren’t the first to do it but WOW, this glock turned out good!”

How many gun manufacturers make an announcement of this sort for every custom gun they make? They say they weren't the first to do it, but WOW, don't you want one cause it turned out so good?

Many of the commenters have criticized the gun maker for creating a potentially dangerous weapon that bears an uncanny resemblance to a well-known toy—”Nintendo Zapper” is even written on its side. Some were worried that, if mass produced, the gun could lead to disastrous confusion, especially among children who wouldn’t be able to differentiate the gun from a simple plaything.

When there is uncertainty over safety issues, it's better to voice concern than to remain silent & let the uncertainty manifest unchallenged. But kang spins it that voicing concern here is some kind of hypocrisy, when that trait belongs to him on this thread. Would freddie douglas have remained silent? WWFD?

Kang's pro gun website defends kang with typical specious reasoning: It feels like common sense that a firearms company wouldn’t mass produce this gun, not only for it’s toy-like appearance, but also because it’s an extremely custom build that wouldn’t pay for itself should it be mass produced.

But it would be common sense for a firearms company to custom build as many of them as it rec'd orders for, due it's advert, yes? what was the ad above suggesting, except for 'don't you want one?'

Here is Precision Firearms LLC telling readers, AFTER THE FACT, that they will not mass produce.

In light of the 'Nintendo Glock' drama, we feel that the media and our fans need to know that this firearm will not be mass produced nor will it ever be. This is a one off custom build for a friend of ours. Do to the thousands of emails and messages we have received in the past 2 days we have been unable to contact everyone in a timely manner, please be patient we will get to you as soon as possible. Thank you all for your support!

What did they mean, kang, by 'Thank you all for your support'?
