Isn't that cute? The attorney invented a new word for "fucking around with a loaded gun while intoxicated".

Brandon Daniel Dilucente testified Thursday at the manslaughter trial of Matthew Magdowski that he yelled, “Don’t pull the trigger, it’s loaded,” to Joe Saroli twice seconds before a gun changed hands from Saroli to Magdowski, and Magdowski shot Saroli in the hip.

Dilucente said he warned Saroli after he saw him appear to take the .380 caliber handgun out of a kitchen drawer, “rack (load)” the gun and was “showcasing” it.

It appeared Saroli was mimicking fictional character James Bond and making “pachoo” sounds like a bullet firing, he said.
