Glad you have the ability and know how to do some projects like that yourself. I wonder how people can afford to own a home if they had to pay a handyman for every small repair or minor problem. Always thought about starting a small handyman business in retirement and just charge enough to stay in business. There are so many people that are clueless about any problem solving in home ownership.
