6. Spicy Red Lentil Soup

Got back from an early morning hike and it was already 80 degrees so I decided to spend the rest of the day inside in the ac and make a pot of soup. Made enough for a couple of meals. Also had a nice fruit salad as dessert. Cheers!🥂
