I saw some vanilla sugar cookies that the pearl sugar might compliment. I organized my cupboards and pantry over the last 2 days. My grandkids got me vanilla beans for Christmas. I knew I have them, but I kept forgetting. Anyway, have everything to make sugar cookies. Just need someone to eat them 
Maybe I'll bake after the heatwave passes. And buy a bottle of alcohol this week and start another batch of vanilla. Oh my!
