Used my aunt’s recipe that was a favorite of mine when I was a kid. She’s still going strong at 85 and still makes her delicious baked beans for all family potlucks…upon request. Her recipe uses baby Lima beans instead of the usual navy beans. I also made oven roasted seasoned cauliflower slices and whole wheat couscous with scallions and mushrooms. Cheers!🥂
