Egged and bread crumbed chicken breast slices gently fried and seasoned. The cooked chicken “fingers” are drizzled with lemon and served with yellow rice. Boston Bibb lettuce salad with cherry tomatoes and red onion slivers topped with olive oil and Balsamic vinegar. Ben & Jerry’s for dessert.
