I hope IrisBlue is OK.

Much earlier today I had black coffee and a buttered, toasted whole grain English muffin. I have a pear that is ready for eating too.

I was observed eating my muffin by a sitting, very still and silent good boy. He got the last bite.

It is grocery day and my aching back just isn't ready for schlepping groceries into the house.
