I am making pumpkin cake rolls this morning. [View all]

I made 4. I will freeze them and give them away to friends over the holidays.

I bake something at least once a week ….. many recipes call for 3/4 cup of flour. I know it’s not a huge hardship to measure 1/4 cup of flour three times, but I sure wish I had a 3/4 cup measuring cup. It would make things go a little faster.
