I can make Quesadillas out of anything in the frig or pantry! (LOL) These days, we're basically doing that, too... what with the prices going sky high on everything. Just as I really got into the "Living Basil" plant the price jacked up to $7.00 for a single plant. But Penzeys and I are becoming fast friends!
